           Popularity of Thai people, like to eat fast foods or junk foods like the western culture, because the western culture has been influencing to many Thai people in nowadays. Many people think that fast foods or junk foods are easy to eat and we can get our foods so real fast. For example, pizza, hamburger and chips. We did not even realize that junk foods also because of diseases such as cancer, diabetes and obesity etc.

                 Rice is the native food of Thai people but many people also like to change and mix some Thai food to become more Western food, because they think it looks pretty much more modern, comfortable and more faster than to make it in the simple Thai food. That is why junk foods or fast foods become very popular in Thai people which is not good, because it is so expensive and unhealthy.

     

             
              Remember, foods are good or bad. Select foods based on your total eating patterns, not whether any individual food is "good" or "bad". Don't feel guilty if you love foods such as hamburger, spaghetti, potato chips, chocolate, candy or ice cream. Eat them in moderation, and choose other foods to provide the balance and variety that are vital to good health.
